The GBS Roadmap Series includes two regional 1½ day events that are challenging the role of disruptive technologies and other forces in driving global business services (GBS) transformation. Taking place in Zurich and Copenhagen, these events include plenary sessions and breakout roundtables on topics that range from how to utilize robotics and cognitive computing to the benefits of GBS beyond transactional cost savings.

WHAT ATTENDEES SAY

ABOUT The EVENTS Outsource and KPMG have combined to offer a series of events
across Europe covering the road to optimal Global Business Services (GBS) delivery.

This series, which kicked off in 2015, has been a resounding success. Our goal is to give companies the tools they need to succeed with their own GBS roadmap. In an increasingly complex world, companies that take a holistic view across their internal support functions will yield the greatest return.

KPMG and Outsource have come together to disrupt existing offerings, and better serve one of the largest communities in the support services space. Our joint vision is to grow a community whose members help one another along their independent journeys towards Global Business Services whilst working in tandem to identify the next step on the roadmap. Many promise it. We are delivering it.
